I'd say he's already made it incredibly clear where he stands.

I mean sure, I’ll never advocate for people to ruin their finances, however my only regret with my alleged paper weights was I didn’t buy more. I’d rather have it than never be able to ahave it. At this point they’re priceless as no amount of money in the world can get one in Canada legally.
Also with the rate of decline in this country…I’d rather have an insurance policy on hand.

Unfortunately the long gun registry is back in all but name. In addition to getting a reference number from the CFP, gun stores are now required to write down your PAL number, the make, model and serial number of the NR gun they are selling you, and keep that information for at least 20 years.

Despite me wanting a thing like the Makasi, even just to have it, it would be so financially irresponsible for me to drop THAT much money on a thing... let alone something that would be OIC'd within a year or two.
But hey, some dudes and dudettes make a lot of money (or have poorer spending habits than me haha).
I got my eyes on some bolt-actions that appeared at Shot show to make their way here. Should be a lot safer

To be fair, this already has an FRT. the crypto didn’t iirc. If it’s using its own proprietary mags, it would theoretically fit into the bullshit rules of C-21.

It looks like G4C isn’t doing pre orders and will be selling it FCFS when it releases, I like that store and I think the best option is to wait. It having the FRT is a good sign, of course it will probably be banned next year with the Sks but I’m ready to be hurt again.
I had multiple chances to purchase not only a stock crypto but a Gucci one from a friend and passed on it, always regretted that decision so I think I’ll gamble on this one.

G4C truly is great. I feel like a kid in a candy store when I'm there.
When I brought my wife with me one day for the first time a while ago she was very confused. She said "this isn't like that hunting store (bass pro), this place is like the matrix, there's just walls of guns and skids of bullets"

Pre ordered mine. They said about 3 months from Uxbridge. Has had the FRT for a few years but no one brought them in. $2399 is a lot but they sell for basically the same in the US so we aren't getting stiffed. Uxbridge still had 20 when I ordered. Full refund if they do get banned. $500 deposit saves you one!

The only bad things ive seen are bad ergos for bolt hold open and left folding stock + left side charging handle prevents operation with folded stock.
But is the barrel any good?

It's a non-reciprocating charging handle. It's posted everywhere that the platform functions with the stock open or closed

The charging handle and bolt catch being on the same side does seem like a silly design choice, should have made it with ambi controls.
