What actually? That's insane. I guess i shouldn't be that surprised as that said the R9 was an AR-180 variant.

Or when the AR-102 was explicitly listed as not an AR-10 in pre-2020 FRTs, then banned in 2020 as an "AR-10 variant"...

Raven or many of the other cope semis that had their frt previously saying "design does not trace back to any restricted or prohibited firearms" then being called ar15 variants..
