With the freeze coming in effect will transfer be processed any quicker? Less coming in

If you’re standing in a long lineup and they close the lineup behind you, that isn’t going to get you through any more quickly.

Yes but they have a finite number of workers. Fewer people calling in to initiate transfers means more workers processing transfers.

In your example, it would be the equivalent of a door greeter switching to opening another cash register.
