I'm predicting the OIC/Regulation handgun transfer ban comes into effect tomorrow, in the regularly scheduled Canada Gazette Part II release:

I'm fairly confident this is the process. If they miss this one, then November 9th.

So you're thinking the 26th? Why do they list two dates there anyway?

It's basically every two weeks. Every second and fourth Wednesday.
