Thanks I was leaning towards m&p9 but a friend of mine told me he found a site with the glock g17 gen 3 in stock and told me to buy now and think later. So I kinda impulse brought the glock g17 lol...

Did I make a mistake getting the G17 over the M&P9?

nawh, glocks are common as fuck in Canada, and parts will be very accessible.

I might still end up picking up the M&P9.. seems like it's almost like buy now or never.
