Could be that it's called an "application number" which is really the transfer number. I;m not certain of the format but it's basically ##-##########-## with all numbers. Does this seem right?

The reference number is seven digits.

Yep, you're 100% correct on this. I called them just to be sure, turns out on this stores receipts they give at time of purchase it is labeled as: Transaction Confirmation Number

Yesterday, after seven weeks wait, I called the store to get my reference number.

Flintlock pistols are very dangerous.
Could go full auto at any moment.
