So are you saying we have the same conditions put on as Alberta? (linked in original post) I'm trying to figure out if I am able to borrow my parent's NR gun and go shooting without any supervision as well as if I am able to act as a supervising person for someone without a license? My interpretation of the RCMP page on MPLs is that you can do that under federal law but was wanting to see if the CFO would put conditions saying I can't since it looks like that is what AB does.
