Is anyone getting through to the CFO for restricted transfers?

I understand that the sheer volumes of transfers is slowing things down immensely, but everytime i try to start a Restricted transfer by calling in for the reference number, it drops the line. How are gun stores managing to get anything done?

Is there a different number we can call or a way to do it all online?

Super frustrating and it feels like the gov is more than happy to make it as slow and painful as possible.

Stores and retailers are all paper mail or online. 1 in 1000 seem to be getting through. There is some sort of paper form we can fill out but I’ve just given up and keep trying a few times a day and I’ll wait it out like the last time something like this happened

No , you can only do a transfer of a non-restricted firearm online

I believe so, I don’t recall the form number but someone in this thread not too far down linked it!
