Still cant get through to the cfo.

Ontario is particularly awful. At least you guys in the coasts get an exclusive hour to yourselves. I gotta share with all the popular provinces.

Its the hang ups that really get my goat.

Edit: called 161 instead. Got through.

its been a nightmare, tried every day last week, over 50 attempts a day. Trying to get my dads 2 heirloom restricted transferred to me for safety, but cant get in. If it connects to the queue, it will disconnect after 3-5 mins. but 90% of the time it immediately goes "sorry , call again later"

Dial the non restricted number. I got a nice person and they helped me anyway

Unfortunately I tried it as well earlier and was told to do the mail in version instead. Lol

For your dads stuff? That’s actually a really good option.

Keep copies and send it registered mail sig required.
