If there is any ban on manual action arms it will be in the form of a feature ban. The government has already pushed the "high power rifle" ban with the May 2020 OIC.

They will be very careful in their approach to this though. The media is already questioning them on why a handgun ban is anything but an attack on legal owners. If they start banning manual action firearms they will lose all media support.
