As someone who has only recently gotten into guns ( I am scheduled to take my CFSC June 12 ) is it worthwhile in your opinion for me to try and get my RPAL? Will the government drag their feet on any new restricted license applications until this law passes.

personally i don't see the point. i took pal and rpal course in december, decided fuck it on rpal cause there are too many rules and they have been talking about a handgun ban for a while. applied for pal only in hopes that i get it quicker without rpal.

The rules are very simple? Just an ATT, only at range, and stricter storage

Am I not allowed to have personal opinion? Plus I don’t want to join a range so I have no use for RPAL

I still wanted to learn about handgun safety and I thought maybe I would change my mind. Taking the course confirmed that I do not want RPAL. Too dangerous and too many rules.
