i still don't want it. it's too many rules and i feel like i'm being set up to fail.

The rules are very simple? Just an ATT, only at range, and stricter storage

Am I not allowed to have personal opinion? Plus I don’t want to join a range so I have no use for RPAL

Then why did you even pay for the RPAL course?

I still wanted to learn about handgun safety and I thought maybe I would change my mind. Taking the course confirmed that I do not want RPAL. Too dangerous and too many rules.
