correct. I am not opposed to the OIC. I would have preferred it be done with specific, objective parameters instead.

I agree with its objective to reduce availability of low recoil semi-auto carbines. I don't agree it's the right method, it's missed a bunch of stuff, and very poor job of communication, explanation. Restrict vs. prohib another aspect.
