so what are the thoughts on the Uvalde school shooting?

Disasters like this are central to discussions of gun control.

I know most of the takes are going to be garbage, interested to see if there will be anything new and reasonable in the replies.

It’s both entirely unrelated to Canada and will 100% be used to (along with Buffalo) push for harsher restrictions both here and in the US.

They don't care about solving the problem. They care about pandering to morons. They sure as fuck wouldn't reverse the ban after finding out it's useless.

Right it’s the idea to the masses that they’re doing something about it. It’s the laziest way to go about it and make it appear like you’re solving it
