Aren’t they just random criminals for hire? Like we don’t actually know they are hit men or they have any allegiance to any groups. Just $$$ but yeah I get the point.

In BC its members of the Bishnoi gang. The shootings are to extort money from businesses and individuals. It’s a huge gang with a centralized leadership based in India.

Yes that also. But the shooting the US consulate and whatnot I think is what the post was in reference to.
