Aren’t they just random criminals for hire? Like we don’t actually know they are hit men or they have any allegiance to any groups. Just $$$ but yeah I get the point.

In BC its members of the Bishnoi gang. The shootings are to extort money from businesses and individuals. It’s a huge gang with a centralized leadership based in India.

But the "IRGC" reference it's talking about is related to hired gunmen

Not actually confirmed to be IRGC, but considering the timing and global events, it's entirely possible. Of course, could also be neo-nazis, Syrians, Mossad, or Ms Rachel fans, who the fuck knows.

Not only are they only centralized and lead in India, it’s even directed by the Indian Government. It’s mostly used as a tool to harass dissidents in the West.
