In BC its members of the Bishnoi gang. The shootings are to extort money from businesses and individuals. It’s a huge gang with a centralized leadership based in India.

In case you don’t follow the news, it’s not just happening in Toronto. The IRGC have been paying street criminals to shoot at USA and Jewish establishments around the world. It has been happening throughout Europe too.
