Do you have evidence that they have a proven defect or are you just being hysterical because you don't understand how firearms work?

CAF already knows it’s a problem and have issued “do not carry chambered” policies in response. It’s a settled issue that the P320 is the exception to the “guns don’t kill people” adage.
