Oh my god and their rational was that “they could easily be modified to fire real bullets and I’ve seen it” Pam Demof said that.

These people literally don’t understand how metal and physics work. Like how stupid that statement is, literally clinically stupid.

Banning guns doesn't affect anyone who's modifying a bb gun to kill someone, they don't follow the law anyway

That's not what he's implying. He's implying that metallurgy and physics prevent you from modifying a BB gun to fire live ammunition. That's incorrect. You absolutely can modify certain BB guns to fire live ammunition and I've seen it done.

See the problem with this echo chamber subreddit is a lot of you neanderthals think you're subject matter experts and you go off spouting incorrect information that make all gun owners look just a dumb as yourselves.

I worked as a Weapons technician, I worked in the civilian firearms manufacturing industry, and now I work in a law enforcement capacity and I know what gets seized, I know what's out there and I actually know what I'm talking about because this has been my livelihood for longer than some people on this subreddit have been alive. While also having a PAL longer than most people in this subreddit

I'd have almost let the comment go if he hadn't declared it was the most preposterous thing to ever be insinuated when he's in fact absolutely wrong and it 100% can be done.

I think you joined Reddit to have people that will actually talk to you. You used the word "I" far too many times, let other people speak once in a while, in the real world.
