Y'all need to consider there are probably a ton of people who are seeing this as the only way to get money out of something they "can't" use in a time where household cash is hella low

The long term is beyond them

I know a few people who's professions unfortunately are worth more than saying fuck the buyback.

Some people have security clearances and such that they can't justify possibly losing their jobs over keeping a couple firearms out of the many they own.

It's unfortunate, but the way it works sadly.

So they could have waited until amnesty is up and then destroyed it themselves instead of feeding this bullshit program, and they would still be getting the $0 they would get from declaring anyway. As others said cowards.

Yeah, I never said I agreed or disagreed with them, was simply pointing out why some people have participated.

I don't know if theirs were restricted or what so can't offer anything other than what I was told.
