Restricted transfers all backed up?

Just called the shop about my recent purchase of a restricted rifle. They said the transfers are back up and I won’t be able to get it until next year summer. He said the CFO is still dealing with transfers submitted in June!

Is that the case for you guys as well?

Last gun I bought was in 2019 and it literally took less than 24 hours for it to be registered and transferred lol.
