are handguns technically prohibs now, trying to get a atp to go to a gunsmith but they wont issue atps for prohibs

i understand, but on there site its says they wont issue for prohibs, are handguns prohib now that they are banned

handguns are not banned, and they are still restricted

the only change is that they cannot be transferred
