In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

Not anymore. Over 10000J of energy, so it was banned in the 2020 OIC

You can still get rifles in calibers like .338 if you hate money and want to shoot really long distance.

Ruger Precision Rifle is good but it depends on your price range. Savage makes decent ones for just under 3k
