I feel like it depends who the call lands with. Last week I tried and was told to wait. Today I tried and she (different person) said she could do 2 for me today. Put me on hold and came back, said she did them all. Email confirmed.

Called the 4000 number, ext 9530

Yeah all my purchases are September.

I called 11am without much difficulty. No disconnection or anything.

Damn that sucks.

The person I spoke to was great. She told me she just approved someone from 4 months ago and how she couldn’t imagine buying something and still not having it after 4 month, very sympathetic to buyers.
