BC restricted transfer:

You all were right, persistence is key. I got through to BC CFO just now and she processed all 5 of my transfers on the spot. Very pleasant and understanding. I apologized for cluttering up her phone line and she said “no problem, squeaky wheel gets the grease.”

All purchases made in September.

What extension is the bc cfo?

I used 9530. Called around 11am, waited 20 minutes and the call was answered.
