So I received an email back from the cfo Ontario's office, they weren't really able to help with what I wanted but that's to be expected. They did however kindly mention the email address for the "central processing site" where they said my PAL application should be at. So perhaps that may lead somewhere. Probably not but we shall see.

I would suggest being as nice and understanding as possible. Cause they are backed up and short staffed and they are probably pretty tired of people complaining about PAL times or whatever the case may be.

They are about 1 month behind on emails. I sent an email on September 27th and received a response on October 24th.

Seems about right, the response I got was to an email sent at least 2 or 3 weeks ago, I can't recall exactly when it was I sent it. I mean I don't have much hope I'll be approved for at least another month or two and I wouldn't be surprised if it takes till the new year which is pretty sad to think about but there's literally nothing to do but wait.
