What are my chances of being denied? I've just taken my non restricted course and will be sending in my paperwork here... But I have taken antidepressants in the past on and off from 2004-2014. Will that cause me to get denied? I haven't been on them for years and have had no issues with depression since then.

You may want to include a statement from your doctor saying that you've successfully completed treatment and that there's no cause for concern. Even if you relapse and require treatment again it wouldn't preclude you from maintaining your firearms license or keeping posession of your firearms. What is most important for you and most concerning as it relates to your license is that if you'e experiencing mental illness that you are actively treating it.

I see plenty of people express concern about talking to their doctor about depression, anxiety, whatever because they believe it will mean they'll lose their firearms. While it's certainly possible it would be extremely rare and it wouldn't mean that you forfeit them permanently, just until you've recovered. If your doctor is so concerned for your safety or the safety of others that they're petitioning the police to remove your guns from your posession then it's probably best that you don't have firearms at your disposal.

I know more than a couple of people who were being treated for depression and received their firearms license or started treatment while already posessing firearms and they all currently have their firearms. One of those people voluntarily gave up their firearms for a few months while being treated and got them back without incident.

Thanks for some real good info. I will do that. I am in such a great place now and haven't suffering in almost a decade, but was just afraid I'd be denied because of past issues.
