Weekly Newbies & FAQ Thread - Post your questions here for PAL/RPAL application, timelines, CFSC/CFSRC, references & requirements, or general new to firearms ownership -type questions

This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.

Has anyone had experience of moving houses while a transfer is in progress? I need to start looking for a new spot to live(no rush, just tired of neighbors) but would like to move before they arrive.

Best bet is calling your CFO - even if they can't necessarily help you do anything, there'd at least be record that you tried to inform them.

Correct, they log calls when you contact them (they told me they have seen how many times i've called in lol) in so this is good advice, that way they can't accuse you of not trying.
