So I applied for a PAL 2 months ago and sent all the paperwork. I still didn't receive my PAL and they didn't contact any of my relatives. My credit card has not been charged either. I sent an email to the RCMP but got no response.

So how long did it take to get your PAL?

Usually 3 months for your cc to be charged. Have a look at past threads to get a timeline.

You should see a charge on your card at about 3 months of them receiving it. Then it’s usually 1-3 more to have the card issued and sent.

Are they going to send me an email with credentials to access the web portal?

I've been waiting for over 5 months now. I can see that initial review is completed at the RCMP web portal.

They also have a message telling people to expect a 4 month delay because of COVID. I'm assuming 2 regular months + 4 COVID months.....6 month wait.

It took exactly 2 months for mine to appear. I sent it on august 16 they got it on 18. When was yours? You will for sure see it soon if it’s exactly 2 mknths
