Careful how you word things guys. Last week I asked here if there’s any sales coming up on ammo to save some money, got a few people to help . Then the comment was removed as it’s a subreddit rule to not discuss sales,

ok cool, whoops

Then Reddit themselves got involved and permanently banned my account of 10+ years for soliciting illegal goods?

Just careful cause it’s annoying losing an account lol

Yeah I’m aware of that, and that’s what is pretty crazy about it, perhaps me asking in general about sales was interpreted as something shady somehow? I’m not sure, but it’s disappointing to say the least

It was just on that account. They said my other ones are free to use and if I commit anymore infractions that I would be banned entirely.

Just makes no sense.

So just warning people that it can happen
