Its 3 am and I just woke in a sweat realizing I forgot to get my wife to sign the back of my photo for my PAL/RPAL application I mailed last week. AARRGGHH!!!

What will they do send it all back to me or shred the whole thing and tell me I'm an idiot?

Send a replacement photo as soon as they open a file for you or try to phone them, they will probably want a reference number with that photo.

I finally just got through on the phone and she said wait until a file is created, then they will request another form signed.
