Hey everyone, I’m in Ontario. My licence was approved and I got my RPAL number Sept/ 29th Ive been buying a few handguns online and getting transfer numbers as usual, also ordered one NR, then 4 days later get an email from the CFP saying I have a new message in the individual web services, I can’t log in as a registered licence holder, it says no info in the system? Is this normal? Also what are the timelines for licence mailing in Ontario after it’s issued. Thanks!

Were you able to check the status of your application before you for your license? If so it’s the same info just the license holder section.

If not, make sure you are writing the town the same way you put on your application (no province).

Yes I was able to, I’ve tried the info now with my pal number in the licence holder section as well as my regular info in the licence applicant section and it says no records. I’ve triple checked my town, with caps without caps, it doesn’t seem to be working. I appreciate the help man! I did email my CFO, I should be able to see my stuff online but at least my card should be here in another week or 2 anyways hopefully
