This has probably been asked before, but I can't find a way to search this thread. Bought my handgun online on Sep. 27th (two weeks ago). The status went to 'Transfer in Progress' pretty quick and the page tells me this means it's with CFO.

How long have RPAL transfers been taking these days?

All depends on your province, could be days, could be months and months

Just called the shop and they said they expect it to take months. They also said they're staying late every day to ensure they get the transfers in that day in case the ban comes in the next day.

Depends on province as CFO is different.

I’m in Ontario. Just put in a purchase for a P226 9mm. I was advised the transfer will be between 3-4 months according to the gun shop. I’m being told any transfers sent in prior to ban will be followed through with. Though I do not have a source on hand to plug.
