What does the process look like when I order a restricted from an online store? I know the transfer itself takes months. Do I just make the payment and wait? What about the ATT, file it right away?

Better hurry. The rumours are that the freeze is likely to go into effect on Tuesday.

But that won't slow an OinC or any modifications to the last OinC

Last week we were told by official appearing sources that it could go into effect at any time, but they were working on finalizing procedures, so it would likely not go into force before this week.

I'm not sure I fully understand what all is going on. It would be great if someone who is more knowledgeable could explain what is going on.
