Mailed PAL application August 2nd in Ontario. Status changed to initial review completed and CC charged October 6th. How much longer of a wait am I looking at?

Completely random, there are ppl who had their CC charged in late September and already got their card in hand.

I got my CC charged on August 13 and still nothing.

The process is random.
