Try calling at 11am. I got through first time after being on hold for 10 minutes, and 11am also worked for someone else I suggested it to.

I’ve gotten through with the extension many times BUT… I don’t actually get the extension and my call goes to the call centre not the actual bc CFO and they can’t do anything for me besides tell me the status
