Keep going man, took me about ~50 tries before it picked up. And make sure you are using the extension to get to your provincial CFO office.

The cfo line just says they aren’t taking calls, it doesn’t put me on hold or anything just ends the call is that normal?

Does not sound normal, although someone else said Manitoba is telling everyone to pound sand. I am in Alberta, to clarify.

Also in Alberta, but experiencing issues still. Hopefully I can get on call but becoming more weary as time passes

I called yesterday, 23 times. And I got dropped calls about 15 of those. They have 2 intros, one starts with unfortunately and that's when it'll hang up but sometimes gives another prompt and it'll put you through
