whats is the process of private sale for restricted. so far I know i will call RCMP and get a reference #, but at which point where should i get paid? Before initiation or after?

Better get that done tomorrow. The expectation is the freeze goes into effect on Tuesday.

For those of you who are wondering. Bill C-21 hasn't passed. You can check out this link to see the status update. It hasn't finished the readings in the house and then needs to go through the senate.

Look, I'm not sure, just rumours I heard. Something to do with parliament returning early due to the Queen's death.
