whats is the process of private sale for restricted. so far I know i will call RCMP and get a reference #, but at which point where should i get paid? Before initiation or after?

Thanks for the reply. If its local, its not a problem for me. Buyer is from the pacific and I’m from the prairies.

Always payment first. You wouldnt get a buyer to go put a car in their name prior to getting payment, same applies here but more important. Payment first 100%.
