pal/rpal just got issued, has anyone has the luck to initialize a restricted transfer with pal number only?

Ontario timeline: End of March received, June CC charge, corrected name in July and forwarded to CFO, never called contacts afaik.

Better purchase NOW! That freeze is going into effect in just a few days.

If you purchase, get your transfer number, and waiting on approval for transfer if Bill C-21 passes... will the approval to transfer be declined? Will you get money back?

The Alberta CFO has stated they will process all transfers submitted before the freeze. I don't know how other CFOs will act.
