Can anyone give me some tips to get through to the BC cfo?

I live in BC and got through to the Federal (no Provincial) CFO by calling after 4.

I don't know if the time had anything to do with it (I just got frustrated with never getting through calling earlier) and thought I'd give that a shot and it worked the first time – I did still have to wait 30 minutes though. They resolved my problem over the phone and my application was approved.

I've never called the BC CFO, but I've seen two numbers posted for them:
1 778 571 3400
1 800 731 4000 x9530
