As a new shooter, I am looking for opinions on a firearm for target shooting. I am not a hunter, just a plinker. I have purchased a few revolvers (2×.357 and 1× .45) and now I am looking for a long gun that would be fun on the range. Any thoughts? Opinions? Guidance? Thanks for your help.

Not really sure. I don't need top end stuff, and I try not to buy junk. Whatever that equals, that is what I save for.
