This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.

In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

Complete Alberta RPAL Timeline:

Sent: June 13

Recieved: June 21

CC Charged: September 8

License Issued: September 16

Card Recieved: September 26

Now we wait on restricted transfers 😞

Ah man, congrats. Alberta here as well.

Card charge Sept 15, still waiting for license to be issued.
