Mine was received on the 30th of June.......at the rate they're going mine will probably be like another 2 months or something.... sigh kinda a bummer cause I'm going out hunting with my friends for season opening but I still won't be able to participate with a gun in my hands. I'll only be able to do like half the season possibly not even that.

He's talking about restricted transfers. Not new applications. You should get your CC charged soon then it's only a few more weeks of wait if everything in your application is correct.
