How much time after the transfer is approved can I expect the registration to come in?

Same as a new RPAL for your first purchase, 2-3 weeks.

Thanks! My new RPAL with the new conditions came in about a week after the transfer and today marks the 2 weeks since it was approved, I'll wait another week if nothing arrives I'll call the CFP/CFO.
