I called Alberta twice in the last 6 weeks and both times I got through in under 30 minutes with no dropped calls. My roommate had the same experience. Probably 4 - 5 calls in total at all different times of the day with no issues.

I have no idea what numbers people are calling if they're getting 3 hour holds and dropped calls.

I called the 1-800 number with the extension direct to the AB CFO and it seemed to work great for us.

This has been my experience in ON, every time I've called I've never had to wait longer than 45 mins
