Anyone know the number to call when enquiring about your pal? Application was reviewed in May charged my cc on Aug.4th and still waiting for an update

If it hasn't been sent to your CFO call; 1-800-731-4000, 1, 5, 2

If it has been sent to your CFO you will need the extension. It is different for every province. I know ON is 7503. To call the CFO go; 1-800-731-4000, 1, 1,(then enter extension for CFO)

Four month wait isn't irregular, in ON there is a 9 month backlog
