In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

What method of payment is best for the PAL / RPAL applications?

IMO, credit card. You know when they've started processing by the charge.

Agreed. Also, no risk of accidentally sending the wrong amount since they’ll just charge you the correct amount.

Nope they charge exactly what you wrote on the form.

They regularly send demand letters for 70¢ and stop the application.
