(BC)

Received on 06-06-2022.

CC Charged on 25-08-2022.

What the hell does "We have completed the initial review of your firearms licence application. If additional information is required, you will be contacted. Please check the status again at a later date." mean in terms of how much longer? Looking at others' timelines I am getting my hopes up, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me the time between seeing this and having their RPAL issued.

Charged August 10 and I have my license in hand right now today. Also in BC, now just got to see what’s left in handguns.

Did you call in at some point after the charge to see when it might go through? I'm thinking of calling the CFP or BCCFO.

Did not call in, I had the same status as what you saw on the online portal when I checked the day I saw the CC charge pending but as I got busy with work and other things, I didn’t check the status since that day until the license came in through mail today.
