Select one box only (restricted). A restricted licence includes non-restricted. You’ll be paying $83.23.

Look at the language on the form: “select the correct fee”. Not “fees” or “check all that apply”. Here’s a tip, if the check boxes are square, you can check multiple (like 2(b) where you are checking off what class of firearms you want to acquire). If the check boxes are circles/bubbles, they’re asking you to select one.
